Return Policy

At Barn Babe Equestrian, we want you to love what you wear — in and out of the saddle. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unwashed

  • Item must be unworn

  • Item must be in its original condition

  • Tags must be attached (if applicable)

We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, excessive hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or alterations.


Return Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible.


Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

This fee helps us maintain quality control, inventory management, and keep our pricing accessible for our Barn Babes.


Return Shipping

We cover the cost of return shipping for approved returns and exchanges.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label.


Exchanges

If you are requesting a size exchange:

  • We will ship your replacement item after the original item has been received and inspected.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested size is out of stock, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition drops marked “Final Sale”

  • Digital products (if applicable)


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will make it right.
