Shipping Cost 
We partner with United States Postal Service, and UPS to fulfill your orders. You have the ability to view an estimated shipping cost and choose between various shipping methods once you enter your shipping address. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all orders.

Responsibility & Duties  
We partner with United States Postal Service, and UPS to fulfill your orders. Barn Babe Equestrian is responsible for generating a viable shipping label and properly preparing and presenting the label on your package. Once the package is taken in by shipping carrier providers, Barn Babe Equestrian transfers all responsibility of said package to the carriers, and it is the carrier's responsibility to provide accurate updates to your package's status and location. In the event of a misplaced or missing package, Barn Babe Equestrian may assist customers in the effort to locate the package, but is not responsible for actions by shipping carriers in any circumstances. 

Shipment Tracking
You will receive an email notification (if email address is provided at checkout) when your order is shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. The email notification will include a tracking number generated by the carrier. 

Stolen/Missing Package
Once the shipping carrier provides delivery confirmation, confirming the successful delivery of your package, Barn Babe Equestrian assumes no responsibility for missing or stolen packages. We kindly encourage you to actively track your shipments to ensure that someone is available to receive the package upon delivery. In the event of any delivery issues, please reach out to your shipping carrier directly for assistance.
